I have never ridden a drop tower, but it looks fun.

I assure you they are fun! The older ones are slightly more tame but I rode Drop Tower at Kings Domion 25 times in two days.

Correction! A few days ago I rode the Pitt Fall at Kennywood. It was awesome, but it scared the crap out of me. lots of airtime. I'm guessing that that freefall ride feels the same on the S&S Power drop towers.

Pitfall looks crazy! Like an extreme drop tower! So is that your first drop tower?

Yeah. Just imagine sitting on the outside of Hershey's Kissing Tower and going up 250 feet and then freefalling.

Highest was maybe 115 feet, but imagining what you said is crazy...I wonder what it's like to ride the Bug Shot on the top of the Stratosphere Tower in Vegas...

I went on Dominator's drop tower back in 2002. It was awesome, even though it scared the crap out of me. There was a decent amount of airtime if I remember correctly.
