I got down to the creek again today, and I have some more pictures. There has been a lot more progress made since last week. A big difference is that the near-side of the creek, which was filled with water (due to the recent storms of last week), is nearly dry. They've brought a lot of dirt in to fill in the creek bed and raise the height of the ground. Its high enough that should there be heavy rains again, I don't think it will fill in nearly as much as it did last week.
Work continues at the creek.
This is a digital zoomed in view of where the bulk of the work is. Not the best since it's not optical zoom, but regardless, to the left of the crane is a deep hole where a number of workers are. Footers will be poured there. To the right of the crane is a pair of footers. To the right of that is a footer, which is a support for the green building.
Here's a view of further down the creek. There are a number of footers here that are completed. There are some footers which are curing. There are two footers that has been poured in the creek. This is the first two footers to be poured in the creek.
Here's a closer look.
And there goes the Great Bear!

Thanks for the pics, as always!
Thanks for the update! I knew I saw rebar in the creek last Tuesday! I told Chris it was for our first footer in the creek. Very exciting! I will be there next Tuesday and will do at least a word update
Thank you! It is very exciting and I'm sure a lot more will change by next Tuesday! And thanks to you, HPCrazy, as well!HPfangirl4life wrote:Thanks for the update! No problem! I always look forward to whenever you have an update. I can't wait to see the progress again next month!
If you there around 5:30 or 6:00 I may have seen you. I was wearing a grey Penn State shirt.
I was there just a bit earlier in the day sadly! I was out of Hershey around 430.Ccron10 wrote:If you there around 5:30 or 6:00 I may have seen you. I was wearing a grey Penn State shirt.
