9/1/09) Hershey’s Chocolate World attraction celebrated it’s 75 million visitor this week. To keep the celebration going, they are going offer up a number of unique saving opportunities and promotions throughout the month of September that you can read about on their website.

Here's a brief history lesson:
-Chocolate World opened in 1973 to move the chocolate tour from the main factory to a different location.
-A sign existed at the factory's entrance from 1973 until 2007 to tell visitors to go to Chocolate World for the tour.
-The Free Chocolate Making Tour Ride is an obnimover system that is continuous moving and has went through 3 renovations with one of them featuring robots.
-The cars have been modified over the years; they started out with lapbars, then feature TV screens, and finally nothing with only a narrative recording.
-The Hershey's Factory Works was added in 2004 and allows families to work in a kid's-sized factory.
-The 3D show was added in 2002 and is a unique show that features the voices of John O'Hurley and Danny DeVito.
-On June 1st, 1986, the 20 millionth visitor visited Chocolate World.
