Earlier this year, my family and I were planning on traveling to Cedar Point and possibly King's Island over the summer, but because of college visits, we had to change this plan. But I did end up getting 5 new credits at Kennywood though.

I'm making this thread ahead of time to help organize my plans for 2010 and the parks I plan on visiting. Most of these will be from class trips, but as a senior present I really want to hit Cedar Point and King's Island next season. Here's my possible schedule:
Six Flags Great Adventure (April or May) 13 new credits
Dorney Park (Physics Day) 2 new credits
Knoebels? (Early Summer) 2 new credits (If Flying Turns opens)
Cedar Point (Mid Summer) 16 new credits
King's Island (Mid Summer) 14 new credits
Possible Total for the 2010 season: 47 new credits Shocked

If this happens, my coaster count could increase to 70 coasters. I'm crossing my fingers on this one.
I kind of want to make this kind of a mini-version of something like Big Mike's Roadshow and I'll try a kick-off Trip Report for when I go to Hershey in December.

Sounds like you had a great year, with some more to come. I didn't get nearly as many credits as you, but I got a few .

Here's the update on my plans for the 2010 season.
Right now I plan on trying to get to one park each month. Here's my plans so far:
    April 2nd or 4th: Hersheypark
    May 9th: Dorney Park
May ??th: Six Flags Great Adventure
    June: ???
    July: Knoebels?
    August: ???
    September ??: Dorney Park
    October: Hersheypark and something else?
    November: Hersheypark?

I have no idea what we're going to do for vacation.

I'll probably make it out to HP at least once this year, do some local parks, and maybe even hit Disney World. I would like to go to KI or KD. Anything will make me happy : P

looks like a good season for you! I'll be picking up some credits this summer as well! I'll be doing the locals this summer with no new credits but my vacation is going to be a great boost to my track record (which is at 201):

Six Flags over Georgia (9 new credits, Georgia Cyclone I rode when I was younger & before I started my coaster enthusiast ways lol)
Carowinds (3 new credits for me, Intimidator, Carolina Cobra, & Nighthawk)
    Kings Dominion (Intimidator 305)

So, I'll be building up 13 more! Very Happy

Here's an update to my list:
-Six Flags Great Adventure: June 11th (tomorrow!)
    -Muhlenberg Community Days: June 12th
-Governor Mifflin Community Days: last week of June into July
    -Knoebels: July?
    -Knoebels: first week of August?
-Hersheypark? August or September? (I'll be in college at this time).
    -Dorney Park: September
    -Hersheypark in the Dark?
-Hersheypark X-Mas Candylane (Don't know when).

Cedar Point and KI were taken off because of saving money so Knoebels may be the alternative.

I'll take my season as it goes lol. Very Happy

But hoepfully I'll get out to some non-local parks like KD or KI and maybe Cedar Point.

Ccron10, Knoebels is an excellant alternative! While that KI/CP trip is one of the best you can take, you got 2 woodies that are sensational with an awesome setting and the best food, you'll thoroughly enjoy it!

I visited Knoebels almost two weeks ago and got the new Kosmo's Kurves credit (just a curvier version of High Speed Thrill Coaster). My gf and I didn't really get many rides in since we were having a great time in the arcade and pool. Because of this we might consider going back up either later in July or before we go to college when they have Bargain Night.
Unfortunately because of college, we aren't going to go on vacation this year, but the good news is that I am up to 36 credits and soon one of those credits will be defunct (GASM).
Here's the park list for the rest of the year:
    -Knoebels (July or August)
    -Dorney Park (September)
    -Hersheypark (October Meet-Up?)
    -Hersheypark X-Mas (Nov. and/or December)

Here's a change to my park schedule. I plan on going to Dorney Park next Wednesday instead of September. This means that the Knoebels trip maybe cancelled.
