Keystone Thrills/Hersheypark Crazy in 2010

I thought it would be nice to post what we would want to see happen in 2010.

Here are my top two things on my list that I would like to see happen:

-More people to join the site.
-Offer various meet-ups at Hersheypark for members of the site, especially since 90% of are HP fanatics. Especially STITP, summer, and HP in the Dark meet-ups.

Post your ideas and suggestions of what you envision or would like to see.

I would like to see everything that you said happen. I literally fall into the second point you made.

I would like to also see more members join the site so that we have more reasons to add new features to the site.

I'd like to get a photo gallery, but let me see if I can find one that is free. It would more than likely be on another website. One idea was having a Photobucket account for us, but the problem would be that we would need to give the address to all members who want to upload something and have the risk of something getting deleted. Maybe if the mods. don't mind, only we can upload and everyone who wants theirs uploaded could send then to us?

I have quite a few parks planned for 2010, and moving to Middletown might help with the site as well.

I like what you said about a gallery. Perhaps have the Mods/Admin be in control as to what is uploaded. That way we decide what would be best for the site.

I think we should try to make a goal to at least have one meet-up at HP in 2010. As it would come along, we'd release more information.

Yeah, the gallery idea has been going around for awhile. I don't really know how Facebook works, but maybe there can be a gallery there, without people using their own accounts. Or, another site with similar functionality. Again, I don't know how FB really works.

The thing that I would really like to see is at least "one" park meet-up at HP in 2010. I'm sure alot of us can agree on this.

The gallery will come when the timing is right.

We'll have to decide when the best park meet up date will be. Preferably sometime during the summer, but maybe one of the holiday events will work too.

I'd say sometime in June of 2010, as well as HP in the Dark on a Sunday possibly. Anytime in the month of June (especially Sundays) and October on Sundays are the best because of no crowds.

More will be discussed on this as time goes on.

Since X-Mas is coming soon, I am going to possibly start modifying the site by trying to implement most of the features that we brought up above as well as add some that were unannounced. If all goes well, I could possibly get them done at the earliest, Christmas to as late as New Year's.

And remember.... No peeking! lol
