I cleaned up the list and tried to keep everything listed by park area seasonal event and/or attractions. Hopefully, this will help you locate the track(s) that you're looking for.

A lot of us know about the unofficial albums of park music that Disneyland/Walt Disney World releases to the public. Some of us remember back to Hersheypark Slappy when Nick provided us with his answer to what could have been a Hersheypark unofficial album.

After doing extensive research over the internet, as well as looking through some albums here at home that feature some similar songs/music played at Hershey, I thought now is the time to resurrect this opportunity to have a better, more up-to-date album that's very close to what Disney provides. This would be a way to help us with our off-season blues and times that we're not at Hersheypark.

the only boardwalk music I know of is the beach boys. Hope that helps

I know they have Beach Boy tunes out there, but some of the other music is really what I'm looking for. I know people like Stormwinder, HersheyParkGuy, etc who get out there on a regular basis would probably know the music by heart that they could tell me where to go as far as the music goes lol.

I know they did play Sheryl Crow's "Soak Up the Sun" quite a bit out in the boardwalk. I haven't heard it this year that I know of, but then again I wasn't really paying much attention. I'll be down again on Wednesday so I'll try and see if I can remember any others.

Sounds good. I know there is one tune that sticks in my head. I heard it there this year, as well as previous seasons but I'm not too sure on the name. If you can happen to keep your ears open, that would be great.

Did anyone get a good listen to any of the Boardwalk music? I'm still in need of some of those tracks. Thanks!

I meant to get back to you with what I heard when I was down there, but completely forgot. I will try again Wednesday since I'll be spending a majority of my day in the Boardwalk most likely.

Sorry I didn't get you these sooner. Went on vacation shortly after this trip to the park and completely forgot. Here's what I could get:

They play the Barbie song and YMCA at Music Express...a lot. Also, I was walking through the Boardwalk today and heard the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling." Bit of a shock, but I'm not complaining.

Let's revive this topic. Anyone else have any tracks to add to the playlist that are played in HP? The more the better!

EDIT: Does anyone have (or know of) anyone who has the Springtime, Halloween and Christmas commercial spots? Any help would be appreciated!

I dont know the name of the song but at halloween I pointed this out a couple of years. Love is kind of spooky. Ill see if I can find it on you tube, probably will.

The song I think your thinking of is called Spooky. the most famous verson is done by the Atlanta Rhythm Section. It is played at HP in the Dark. Atlanta Rhythm Sectionacctually came to the park this year on July 18th.

Another song that is played at HP in the dark is Devil Woman by Cliff Richards.

As you can see on the first post, I decided that it would be easier for all of us if we had a continuously updated list to save us the hassle of searching.

Great idea Chris! It will help people out much more to go to the first post instead of scrolling through various pages in this thread. By the way, I found some more current tracks (mainly Christmas), plus I have a bunch of retired CCL tracks by Kenny G. from one of his CDs. I have to go find them and then I'll post them.

By the way, we can probably take out Dutch Wonderland tracks since they are now with Palace.

I found one of the main songs that they usually play in the Boardwalk. The way the music order is that they usually play one of the usual songs ex:( Beach Boys, and others), then they play the surfing instrumental music. Here's one of the instrumentals that they play:

It's called Surfing Medley by Junior Brown. It includes these songs in order:

Now that you mentioned it, I also remember hearing this selection while walking through the Boardwalk as well. I may have it on some of the video footage that I shot in previous years. Thanks for posting it.

Walk Don't Run by the Ventures is actually a song I have that I first heard at the Boardwalk. I've only heard it twice besides on the computer, once at Hersheypark and the other at a Hawaiian-themed go-gart/mini-golf place.
I actually never realized they play these in a set like the Surfing Medley. I know there are instrumentals between popular songs, but I never thought they were tied in together.

On the last day of HPITD I heard "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" out around Pioneer...didn't sound like the original by Charlie Daniels...anyone know the song I'm talking about and the artist? Sounded like a cool version and I'd like to find it.
