Hersheypark: Summer 2010 Opening Day!

I will be returning to Hershey for HersheyPark's Summer Opening Day next Saturday, May 1st. Anyone else going? As always, I'm excited!

Alex and I will be there the first Sunday in June. As always, looking forward to the light crowds! Hoping you or Stormwinder may be there that day that we could meet up. If not, there's always HP in the Dark.

I have Season Passes, so I am sure I am going to make a lot of random journeys to HersheyPark this year, but the following are when I know I will be attending....

May 1st - HersheyPark Opening Day
May 30th - Second Day of Boardwalk being open.
July 24th - My 26th Birthday in the Park (Personal MAJOR event, lol)
August 7th - Taking Sister to Paramore concert, myself going to park.

and of course, going to different dates for HersheyPark in the Dark, and Christmas Candylane. Havn't quite thought that far ahead of time yet.... I am sure I will soon.

Let me know if you'll be there the first Sunday for Oct. That's when we'll most likely be there for that event. Usually very low crowds.

Its opening day eve, who else is excited?!! I will be at the park both Saturday and Sunday.

I'm excited for June 6th. That's when I'll be there! Seems like this will be the slowest month coming up!

Ready as I can be. I may not make it this weekend but I'll be there next Sunday.

I'm ready to get my first Fahrenheit and Great Bear rides in for the year! I am also thinking about tring Tidal Force.

As many times as you went during STITP, you never rode FH? I understand the first few days were nightmares but you didn't manage to ride this during slower times?

I'll be getting all my 2010 credits in on June 6th!

That explains why they had that area ripped up. Was that taken with your camera phone? I ask because if it was, it takes good pics.

That game is very popular over at Dorney Park if I remember correctly. If so, then that should be a good money-maker and could make up for adding a ride I think. I don't remember seeing that under construction last month though.

They had the entire ground ripped up and surrounded by fencing by Coal Cracker. I wondered what it was when I attended Springtime In The Park. Yeah, I remember it from Dorney. Was very popular there when I went last year.

Opening day 2010 is over.
